Privacy is a crucially important part of software and should be respected as such. I do not want to know anything about your personal data. Game Tools is designed around user privacy and safety to ensure any data you enter into the app remains private to the greatest possible extent.

Game Tools may collect testing logs and information which is automatically collected through the apps usage and feedback submitted through the app. These logs may be kept forever by Game Tools and are used solely for diagnostics and app usage analysis.

When a user purchases Game Tools, your billing information, address, and name are maintained by the App Store and not made available to Game Tools. The App Store may collect anonymous information about the purchase which it may provide to Game Tools's maintainers. This data is simply the number of purchases of the app that have been made.

Children’s Privacy

I do not knowingly collect sensitive personally identifiable information from children (such as a name, address, social security number, etc). I encourage children to never submit any sensitive personally identifiable information to Game Tools.

If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to Game Tools, please contact us and the third parties used by the app with regards to their privacy policies listed above.

This privacy policy may change over time at the sole discretion of Game Tools. By continuing to use the app after a change to this privacy policy, you accept the change.

Indemnity

You hereby indemnify WordSilo and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, without limitation, legal expenses and any amounts paid by WordSilo to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of our legal advisers) incurred or suffered by Game Tools arising out of use of this app or any breach by you of any provision of these terms of use, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms of use.
